Ultrise is an open career index. We aggregate verified job opportunities directly from company career pages and the hiring systems behind them — so you see roles that are actually open, and apply on the employer's own site.
Why Ultrise exists
Job boards are full of stale reposts, scraped copies, and listings that funnel your resume into databases you never signed up for. We started Ultrise with a simple rule: every listing must come straight from the source, and every apply button must take you to the employer — never through a middleman.
How it works
We sync with company career pages continuously throughout the day. When a role is filled or taken down at the source, it disappears here too — usually within hours. That means fewer listings than the big aggregators, on purpose: we would rather show you fewer jobs than show you ones that no longer exist.
What we will never do
We do not collect or store resumes. We do not sell or share your data — there is nothing to sell, because browsing needs no account. When you apply, your information goes directly to the employer on their own site. Read the details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
