You can search and browse every listing on Ultrise without signing up. Signing in with email or Google unlocks your personal workspace: saved jobs and a record of the roles you clicked Apply on. We store only what your account needs — your name and email, plus the job IDs you saved or applied to — and we never build advertising profiles about you.

We do not collect resumes

We never ask for your resume and we store none. When you choose to apply for a role, you leave our site and submit your application directly on the employer's own application page. Whatever you share there is governed by that employer's privacy policy, not this one.

What we do collect

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log basic, non-identifying technical data (such as requested pages and error rates) to keep the service running and secure. We count Apply-link clicks for each job without storing visitor details in that count. For signed-in users we additionally store which jobs they saved or clicked Apply on, so their dashboard can list them. You can remove individual entries from your dashboard at any time, which permanently deletes that record. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate usage, including which pages are visited and how visitors arrived. GA4 sets cookies and may collect device, browser, and approximate-location data on Google's behalf; see Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with data brokers.
