You will be able to grow the revenue of the accounts based on the best consultative advice.

Develop go-to-market strategies, new service propositions and pitches
Convince clients to work with DEPT®, by asking the right questions at the right time
Utilize your sales experience and build solid relationships with potential clients and partners
Drive strategic and sustainable client development and have a significant influence on the company's growth
Development, management and KPI-driven planning of complex digital client projects and journeys
Act as a communicative interface between existing clients and cross-functional teams of creatives and strategists

Experienced Account Director with at least 7 years of agency experience
Passion for digital marketing, sales talent, and the ability to give clients the best possible advice
Great communication skills (verbally and written) and the ability to persuade
Experienced in working on pitches
Ambitious, results-oriented and know how to plan and organize
Fluent in English, and preferably also fluent in Dutch
