About the role
- Sony Music Entertainment is seeking an Agent for RoadCo to pitch and secure suitable venue holds for national tours.
- This remote role involves conducting regular presenter business calls, building and managing key market relationships, and working closely with the Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Pitch and secure suitable venue holds for national tours, in accordance with agreed strategies
- Conduct regular presenter business calls, building and managing key market relationships on an ongoing basis
- Work closely with Sales Team to ensure strategic tour routing and distribution
- Collection of relevant market information, identifying new market opportunities as applicable
- Attend industry trade fairs and conferences as needed
Requirements
- Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
- Keen eye for detail, hands-on approach with a strategic vision
- Entrepreneurial spirit and can communicate at all levels
- Ability to travel within the US and abroad as required
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in sales and/or theatre
- Experience in tour booking
