About the role
- We are looking for an AI-native, first principles thinker who will work alongside our CEO and ELT members to drive change one project and one team at a time across Snowflake.
- Working closely with our product teams, you will help us reimagine what is possible today and what should be built for tomorrow.
- This position is based in Menlo Park, CA.
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that solve real business problems, designing, building, and deploy agents across Snowflake functions.
- Partner with product teams to shape what gets built, providing first-hand signal on what works and what's missing.
- Drive transformation one team at a time by sitting with teams, understanding workflows, and building AI-powered solutions.
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team to stress-test strategies, surface insights from data, and provide data-backed perspectives in real-time.
- Set the standard for AI-native operations by defining and demonstrating what an AI-powered operating model looks like and helping scale it across the company.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience building AI agents — designing multi-step agentic workflows, tool-use patterns, and AI pipelines that run autonomously
- Strong data fluency: comfortable querying, analyzing, and reasoning about data (SQL, Python, or equivalent)
- First principles thinking: you break problems down to fundamentals and rebuild from there, rather than relying on playbooks
- Exceptional communication: you can translate technical concepts into business impact and write clearly for an executive audience
- Low ego, high agency: you are comfortable operating behind the scenes, picking up whatever needs doing, and working across every level of the organization
- Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and the AI Data Cloud ecosystem
- A public portfolio of AI projects — GitHub repos, shipped products, blog posts, or side projects that demonstrate your builder instinct
