About the role
- As an AI Deployment Manager at SpaceXAI, you will own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- You will help organizations successfully roll out Grok, Grok Build (Cursor), Grok Bot, and Grok APIs and evolve how they work with AI across knowledge work and coding.
- You will operate at the center of each account, partnering with developers, admins, and executives while working closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with top enterprise customers, owning the long-term success of each account
- Engage CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change
- Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end including onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption
- Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams
- Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs
- Represent the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities
Requirements
- Experience working at the intersection of business and technology in customer-facing roles
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes
- Understanding of modern engineering and knowledge-work organizations, the SDLC, developer and knowledge-worker workflows, and tool adoption
- Ability to communicate comfortably with multiple functions around an enterprise including developers and senior executives
- Analytical and operational mindset, using data to prioritize and drive action
Preferred qualifications
- Already a power user of Grok, Grok Build (Cursor), Grok Bot, or Grok APIs (or modern AI tools for knowledge work and coding) with strong opinions about what great looks like
