The AI Solutions Engineer, People & Culture will lead the transition to an AI-native HR function at Zscaler.
This role involves designing, deploying, and governing AI agents to optimize HR workflows and human-machine collaboration.
The position acts as a builder, co-builder, and teacher, working closely with HR subject matter experts to implement scalable AI solutions.

Design, deploy, and improve high-risk agents using Gemini agent builder, Claude, Codex, and MCP integrations.
Own the full maturity path of AI agents from initial prototype to hardened, governed product.
Pair with subject matter experts to build domain-specific agents and transfer technical knowledge.
Redesign HR workflows to solve fundamental process issues rather than just automating existing systems.
Monitor agent adoption, diagnose failures, and manage the product lifecycle as a product owner.
Partner with the AI Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed Engineering team on technical integrations.
Co-create mature governance standards for AI usage within the organization.

Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or tools that changed real work processes.
Technical fluency to design agent architecture and instructions, work with MCPs, and evaluate system-level outputs.
Track record of taking solutions from problem identification through adoption while upskilling others.
Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in an ambiguous, early-stage domain.

Intersection of engineering depth and HR practice.
Deep understanding of balancing agent building with HR operational risks and sensitivities.
Experience in early-stage, high-impact opportunities.
Eagerness to author the playbook for AI-native HR.
