Evaluate promotional and advertising results alongside retail sales and margin; identify where investment creates profitable growth and where it does not.
Track profitability drivers, including Net PPM, funding, deductions, and mix, in partnership with Finance.
Build concise weekly business reviews, exception alerts, and decision-ready recommendations; improve and automate repeatable analysis where practical.

3+ years in business analytics, retail analytics, eCommerce, finance, or a related analytical role; equivalent experience considered.
Advanced Excel skills and experience building dependable reporting from multiple data sources.
Ability to investigate a business question, validate numbers, explain drivers, and recommend an action.
