About the role
- We're building agents that run real parts of our business, take on real work, and get better based on the results they produce.
- You'll sit in Marketing Engineering and be forward-deployed to our growth pods, where you'll find the problems worth solving and own the solutions end to end.
Responsibilities
- Find the problems worth solving and own the solutions end to end
- Build agents with whatever is most capable right now, including our own agents platform, latest orchestration tools, and frontier models
- Make agents reliable, measurable, and safe enough for the business to depend on
Requirements
- Python, SQL, LLM APIs and agent orchestration
- Shipped production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem
- Built with LLMs beyond a demo and know how to evaluate them and where they fail
- Measure whether what you built worked
Preferred qualifications
- experience with GTM data or marketing systems
