About the role
- Capco is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the Avaloq Core Banking platform to work on engaging projects with international and local banks.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Deliver digital transformation initiatives within wealth platforms
- Work in Agile delivery environments using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Manage stakeholders across business and IT teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in the Avaloq Core Banking platform
- Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management systems
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives within wealth platforms
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams
- Strong analytical thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working with global MNC banks is preferred
