The Barback plays an essential supporting role in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar at Electric House. You will work alongside the bar team to ensure bartenders have the necessary supplies to deliver high-quality service to members and guests.

Deliver drinks orders from the bar to members' tables.
Maintain a spotless and pristine work environment.
Provide service to and remain accountable for an assigned section.
Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
Polish glassware to ensure readiness for service.
Assist bartenders during service by restocking ingredients and retrieving supplies from storage or cellar.
Perform opening and closing procedures, including station set up and break down.
Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly.
Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about menu changes and specials.

2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Basic understanding of bar operations, hygiene standards, and stock rotation.
Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service, and respectful.
Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, and work autonomously.
