The Bartender at Kettner's plays an essential role in delivering a premium, memorable, and personal beverage experience for members and guests.
You will support the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager to ensure the bar is fully operational, well-stocked, and presented to the highest standard.

Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar before, during, and after service.
Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and replenishment of supplies.
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
Contribute to the development of new cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings.
Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure billing is completed to club standards.
Collaborate with the floor team, kitchen, and events department to ensure seamless service.
Handle member queries and feedback, escalating concerns to management as appropriate.

2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics, techniques, and spirits.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident, calm presence during busy services.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
Experience working with POS systems, stock control, and basic reporting.
Team player with a flexible, professional, and positive attitude.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
