About the role
- Soho House Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Bartender to join their vibrant team at a Michelin Key-awarded establishment.
- The role involves creating exceptional member experiences through cocktail preparation, genuine hospitality, and maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food when required
- Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards
- Mix cocktails with confidence and consistency
- Deliver warm, engaging service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender
- Positive team player with strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic demeanor
- Good English language proficiency

- Compensation above statutory minimum (2511€ to 2718€ based on experience)
- No youth salary reduction for those younger than 20
