This role involves performing a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments in a calm, luxurious environment while upholding the club's standards for excellence and discretion.

Provide high-quality beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, and nails.
Ensure treatments are delivered with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
Maintain exceptional levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in treatment rooms and spa areas.
Tailor treatments to specific needs and offer expert advice on skincare and wellness.
Promote and recommend retail products to enhance the guest experience.
Manage booking schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth handovers.
Build strong relationships with members through excellent service and discretion.
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are followed.
Support the team with stock management, spa opening/closing procedures, and general operations.
Act as an ambassador for the club's wellness offering.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end spa, clinic, or luxury wellness environment.
Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies.
Experience with luxury products and a client-focused approach.
Impeccable grooming and communication skills.
Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure.
Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
High English level.
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand.
Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
