Welcome members and provide quality service while processing transactions.
Engage in outreach efforts more than 50% of the time at store locations, partner sites, and community events.
Build relationships with local business owners and employees to promote services.
Educate potential members about financial products and assist with application starts.
Perform light housekeeping duties including trash collection, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning.
Use computers for administrative tasks and member servicing for approximately 3-6 hours daily.
Travel between designated work locations and outreach sites within a reasonable commuting distance.
Unpack and store office or cleaning supplies as needed.
Maintain compliance with company policies and protect member information.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Must be available to work weekends and maintain a flexible, rotating work schedule.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment including phones, scanners, and iPads.
Ability to organize and file paper documents.
Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
