  • Coordinate across Comms, Marketing, and data science to maintain a consistent brand-health dashboard.
  • Support media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality analyses to optimize budget allocation.
  • Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to inform creative, channel, and audience adjustments.
  • Build audience and funnel analyses to quantify movement from awareness to conversion.
  • Audit and redesign processes for reporting customer sentiment across the business.
  • Manage underlying data pipelines to ensure reliability of recurring readouts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in SQL and Python or R.
  • Experience designing or analyzing experiments such as A/B tests, holdouts, or lift tests.
  • Ability to apply regression, segmentation, or causal-inference methods to business questions.
  • Experience building and maintaining recurring metrics reports or dashboards for executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to synthesize campaign-level learnings into actionable strategic changes.
  • Strong communication skills to translate hedged, caveated findings into clear recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strategic orientation with a focus on understanding customer perceptions and shifting business direction.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, or incrementality and lift testing.
  • Experience advising marketing stakeholders on experimental design for live campaigns.
  • Familiarity with survey-based quantitative research such as MaxDiff, conjoint, and brand tracking.
  • Experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Prior experience in marketing, growth, or brand analytics.
  • Graduate degree in statistics, economics, or another quantitative field.
