The Breakfast Chef at Electric House takes ownership of early-day kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritious breakfast dishes.
This role serves as the first point of contact in the kitchen each morning, responsible for mise en place, stock control, and menu execution.

Prepare and cook all breakfast dishes to company standards for quality, presentation, and timing.
Complete mise en place before service.
Maintain health and safety regulations.
Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams regarding menu changes and specials.
Support junior team members such as Prep Chefs through guidance and collaboration.
Assist in the preparation of team meals, considering dietary needs and variety.
Take full responsibility for the breakfast section, including smooth service and post-service clean-down.
Wrap and store unused items in proper areas at the end of service.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning, improvement, and teamwork.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude in a busy kitchen environment.
Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
