About the role
- Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Business Consulting practice in Doha, Qatar.
- The role involves working with financial services organizations to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions and support transformation initiatives.
- The analyst will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders while utilizing AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of analysis.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the design of practical, client-focused solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including solution validation and user acceptance testing.
- Assist with change management and implementation activities.
- Use approved AI tools and automation to support requirements analysis and documentation while ensuring human oversight.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, or a relevant business transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, requirements management, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working across business and technology teams to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Curiosity about AI-enabled ways of working with an understanding of human judgment, data confidentiality, and responsible AI practices.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working within consulting or another client-facing environment.
- Experience delivering large-scale business, technology, or regulatory transformation.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Relevant project management, business analysis, or change certifications.
- Experience within financial services, energy, government, or other complex and regulated sectors.
