About the role
- Capco is seeking an experienced SME, Business Analyst, or Consultant to support Model Risk investigation and remediation activities.
- The role operates within a global banking environment, focusing on Model Risk and Third Party Risk Management.
Responsibilities
- Support Model Risk investigation and remediation activities.
- Design and enhance risk controls, processes, and procedures.
- Support remediation and implementation planning.
- Conduct gap analysis and translate findings into actionable requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
- Prepare options papers, recommendations, and management-level materials.
- Work closely with Risk, Business, Technology, and Third Party Risk Management teams.
Requirements
- Experience in banking or financial services, ideally within Risk, Controls, or Transformation.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Model Risk and/or AI Risk.
- Strong Business Analysis, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in control/process design, requirements management, and remediation initiatives.
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems and drive them towards practical solutions.
- Agile mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
