About the role
- A área de Design da Monks Brasil é responsável pela criação de materiais visuais para diversos clientes do mercado brasileiro e internacional, incluindo campanhas de marketing digital, estratégias criativas para performance, conteúdo para redes sociais, dentre outros.
- Trabalhamos em um ambiente colaborativo, onde a criatividade e o trabalho em equipe são valorizados.
Responsibilities
- Participar de maneira colaborativa e engajada em um time de criação, cumprindo prazos e demandas.
- Estar aberto a feedbacks construtivos e apresentar uma boa comunicação tanto em momentos síncronos como nos chats e emails, dando visibilidade de processos e desenvolvimento para a liderança.
- Compartilhar conhecimento com a equipe.
- Apresentar criações coerentes, polidas e seguindo as boas práticas digitais.
Requirements
- Matrícula ativa em um curso de design gráfico ou correlatos
- Contato das ferramentas da Adobe Creative Suite (ênfase em Figma, Photoshop e After Effects)
- Capacidade de elaborar criativos estáticos e animados com qualidade
- Seguindo boas práticas digitais
- Apresentação de um portfólio que demonstre habilidades de design e criatividade
- Interesse em aprender sobre marketing digital
- Contato com ferramentas de inteligência artificial (como MidJourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs etc)
- Ter disponibilidade para atuar 6 horas diárias, dentro do horário comercial (9h às 18h), totalizando 30 horas semanais
- Residir no Brasil durante todo o período do estágio
- Estar com matrícula ativa em curso de graduação, com pelo menos 1 ano até a conclusão do curso
