About the role
- The Care Sales Guide - Inbound role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls to assist customers with technical issues, product recommendations, and growing their online businesses.
- This is a remote position based in Romania, requiring availability to work scheduled shifts between Monday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls by actively listening to customers, understanding their requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and recommending appropriate solutions
- Carefully guide customers through their first steps in the online world, identifying from our great product range the solutions that will help them grow their business
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and current understanding of products, services, prices and promotions
- Communicate with confidence, understanding and conviction to build rapport and sell company products and services
- Balance drive and motivation in meeting customer needs and achieving individual targets
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Meet metrics that could include Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day
- Flex with customer demand by seamlessly pivoting to support outbound sales efforts when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years’ sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- 2+ years’ experience in a commission, bonus, and/or metrics-driven environment
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Preferred qualifications
- Solid understanding of internet, email, and hosting technology
- Experience with productivity tools such as Office 365 and G-Suite
- Experience owning and/or operating a small and/or midsize business (SMB)
