About the role
- The Consulting Field Solutions Architect for Cyber Resilience will lead and support sales opportunities and partnerships within the Public Sector. This role involves developing technical solutions, providing internal and external enablement, and articulating the value proposition of Everpure's cyber resilience offerings.
Responsibilities
- Create field-facing solutions content including technical walkthroughs, deep dives, and qualification guides.
- Lead enablement projects to equip the field for the early stages of sales opportunities.
- Present at webinars and events for internal teams, alliance partners, and channel partners.
- Identify and enable potential field leaders for Cyber Resilience.
- Participate in customer-facing calls, demos, POCs, and EBCs.
- Influence the solutions roadmap through collaboration with Product Management and Solutions Architects.
- Provide post-sales assistance with expert-level knowledge.
- Partner with Sales and SE leaders to provide two-way feedback and communication.
- Conduct field testing to document anecdotal knowledge about applications and platforms.
- Maintain daily Slack availability to support customer and opportunity influence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of pre-sales experience in Information Technology.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including servers, networking, and storage.
- Technical acumen in the Cyber Resilience space, including knowledge of the landscape.
- Understanding and application of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, & Compliance requirements across multiple verticals.
- Expertise with common data protection products such as Commvault, Veeam, DELL/EMC, or Rubrik.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, XDR, SOAR, and IAM.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working with Public Sector customers.
- Certifications such as ISC2 SSCP or CISSP.
