The Contracts Manager will be a foundational member of the legal team, responsible for managing high-volume contracting to support commercial and operational activities.
This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard agreements while building scalable contracting and compliance frameworks.
The position reports to the General Counsel and requires significant independence and judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements supporting customer and procurement relationships.
Build and maintain scalable contracting and compliance frameworks to enable the legal team to keep pace with business growth.
Partner with legal, finance, and business teams to drive agreements from request to signature.
Manage multiple contract workstreams in parallel under fast timelines while maintaining high quality.
Demonstrate ownership of the contract lifecycle end to end, including post-signature obligation management.

10+ years of experience managing commercial contracts in-house, at a law firm, or in a contracts or procurement function.
Strong hands-on drafting and redlining skills across a broad range of standard commercial contracts.
Ability to carry negotiations independently.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage high volume without dropping quality.
