About the role
- PayPay is seeking a CS System Planning (Data and Analytics Promotion Role) to drive data governance, analysis, and quality improvement for generative AI agents within the customer support division.
- The role involves tasks ranging from upstream planning and requirement definition to downstream operations, working across departments to optimize the customer support experience.
Responsibilities
- 生成AIエージェントの品質評価、データ分析、継続的な精度改善
- 問い合わせログや顧客行動データ等の収集・統合・分析
- CS領域におけるKPI設計、ダッシュボード構築・可視化
- データ分析を起点とした課題発見、改善施策の立案・効果検証
- 生成AI／データ活用に必要なデータ基盤・ガバナンスの整備
- 経営、開発部門、CS部門、関連部署とのプロジェクト推進
Requirements
- SQL等を用いたデータ抽出・集計・分析の実務経験
- BIツール等を活用したデータ可視化・ダッシュボード構築経験
- データ分析から課題を特定し、改善施策の立案・効果検証まで実施した経験
- 生成AI・LLMをはじめとした新しいテクノロジーへの関心があり、自ら学習・活用できる方
- ビジネス課題を整理し、データ・システムを活用した解決策へ落とし込める方
- エンジニア・CS・企画など複数の関係者と協働してプロジェクトを推進できる方
- 自発的に学習し、常に最新のテクノロジーを取り入れる意欲のある方
- チームワークを大切にし、協力して業務を進められる方
- ビジネスニーズを技術的なソリューションに変換することが得意な方
- CS拠点（四谷、札幌、福岡）への出社・出張が問題ないこと
