Own the production calendar across launches, campaigns, catalog updates, and ad hoc requests.
Turn incoming requests into scope, owners, deadlines, and QA checkpoints.
Forecast team capacity and manage workload conflicts.
Own product publishing across all product lines, ensuring accurate metadata and imagery.
Design and scale the QA process to handle tens of thousands of listings.
Document workflows to ensure team independence.
Coordinate cross-departmental product work to keep projects on schedule.

3+ years of relevant experience.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience leading or co-leading a team with ownership of people and output.
Track record of managing projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors.
Track record of building or scaling a QA process for content or product output at high volume.
Hands-on fluency with a CMS or PIM platform, including understanding underlying data structures.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
