The Data Analyst acts as the analytical partner to the Operations team to close critical gaps in understanding performance and efficiency across the patient journey and advocate workflows.
The role directly shapes how the company scales, optimizes workflows, and allocates resources.

Drive Operational Excellence by finding bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the patient journey and advocate workflows.
Model Capacity & Throughput by analyzing advocate utilization, caseloads, and supply/demand balance so Operations can staff ahead of growth.
Build Scalable Analytics by designing, building, and maintaining dashboards in Hex that automate manual reporting for cross-functional teams.
Curate the Data Layer by partnering with engineering to keep data models clean and reliable, and refining SQL and dbt transformations.
Synthesize & Communicate by turning technical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Wrangle Complex Data by working with structured and semi-structured data, including nested JSON and healthcare operational data.

3+ years of experience in data analytics, including time in healthcare operations where data directly informed operational decisions.
Healthcare operations fluency, understanding how care delivery runs including intake, scheduling, caseloads, and SLAs.
Business impact orientation, judging work by the business outcome produced.
Advanced SQL and Snowflake experience.
BI and dashboarding experience designing interactive dashboards and reports.
Data wrangling expertise, including parsing nested JSON and cleaning unstructured datasets.
AI fluency to speed up SQL and analysis while checking output against data.
Analytical mindset to analyze data and find the root cause of business problems.
Strong communication skills to explain complex data concepts to operators, product managers, and executives.
Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

dbt and Git experience to manage transformations, contribute to core data models, and work in version control.
Healthcare reimbursement exposure, such as familiarity with claims, billing codes, or Medicare reimbursement.
Python or R for automation, statistical analysis, or forecasting.
Process optimization experience using data to streamline workflows and cut manual overhead in an operations setting.
