The Finance Manager will be responsible for daily financial operations, cash flow control, financial reporting, and supporting internal financial processes for a DefTech client.
This role is suited for a specialist who can independently organize their work and is motivated to improve and optimize existing financial procedures.

Conduct daily payments and post bank transactions.
Control cash flow and monitor balances.
Ensure proper documentation of financial operations according to internal procedures.
Interact with banks regarding financial operations, payroll projects, and corporate accounts.
Organize corporate card issuance and support payment infrastructure.
Prepare regular financial reports (Cash Flow, P&L) and ad-hoc analytical reports.
Organize payroll payments and calculate employee rewards.
Support financial procedures for onboarding and offboarding personnel.
Control accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Develop and implement financial business processes and optimization initiatives.

At least 3 years of experience in finance.
Knowledge of financial accounting basics and practical understanding of Cash Flow and P&L.
Experience working with bank operations and financial documentation.
Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Ability to work with large volumes of data, structure it, and draw conclusions.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial flows and company metrics.
Basic understanding of financial tools for document exchange and storage.
Proficiency in standard office tools (MS & Gmail suites).
