The Deployed Architect role on the Professional Services team involves working directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems.
Responsibilities include architecting scalable, secure infrastructure deployments and building reliable, well-evaluated agent applications that solve real business problems.
This position combines software development, infrastructure and platform engineering, and customer-facing skills ranging from Kubernetes cluster design to multi-agent system architecture.

Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments including compute, storage, networking, and security.
Implement enterprise integration patterns, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm, multi-region high-availability and disaster recovery strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Design multi-agent systems using different patterns and implement agent logic using modern frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks, optimize prompts with A/B testing, and guide deployment and operations.
Lead technical maturity assessments and work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and present recommendations.
Partner with Engagement Managers, Product teams, and Engineering teams.

7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Deployed Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code including Terraform and Helm, and GitOps practices.
Knowledge of database systems including HA, replication, backup strategies, and sizing.
Strong understanding of networking, security including SSO/RBAC, TLS, and secrets management, and observability.
1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents.
Strong experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.
Customer-facing experience with enterprise customers and conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits.
