Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and integrate solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and native technologies
- Ensure quality, performance, and compliance with bank policies
- Collaborate actively within agile teams for business process optimization
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Dailies, Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Support technical design before development and document solutions such as integrations, business flows, and logical architecture
- Execute integration tests using REST/SOAP services, Postman, and mock callouts
- Perform functional validation of business flows, LWC behavior, and business rules
- Execute automatic tests as part of deployment using Salesforce CLI or SFDX
- Work on projects, support and defect correction, and optimization of existing processes
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years developing in Salesforce with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in integrations, performance optimization, testing, and technical leadership
- Degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology and Communications (TIC), or related areas (or equivalent provable by experience)
- Spanish (required)
- Knowledge of Git, Salesforce CLI, Apex, JavaScript for LWC, SOQL / SOSL, and JSON
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS compatible with Visual Studio Code and Salesforce CLI
- Knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Visualforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience with Visual Studio Code with Salesforce Extensions
- Knowledge of UML system design including Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Component Diagrams
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum
Workplace
- Hybrid work modality with office attendance 2 times per week
- Location: CDMX, with office headquarters in Polanco / Reforma
