- Partner with Marketing/Growth to develop investment plans, evaluate customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and contribution margin.
- Forecast new and retained customer counts, average order value, purchase frequency and revenue per customer.
- Own Everlane’s annual budget and rolling forecasts, coordinating functional leaders and Group FP&A.
- Work with functional leaders to create expense forecasts and challenge assumptions using historical performance, operating KPIs and business context.
- Build granular unit forecasts for inbound receipts, outbound shipments, returns and sales by channel.

- Technical capability and hands-on willingness to build driver-based financial models, analyze detailed data and develop scenarios.
- A track record of working with operating leaders to build forecasts, challenge assumptions and establish accountability for results.
- Ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations and build collaborative relationships across the organization.
