About the role
- The Director of Product will join the senior leadership team at Betsson Group, overseeing multiple product streams focused on player experience and platforms.
- This role involves leading multiple product teams, formulating product strategies, and collaborating with the CTO and CPO to deliver industry-leading customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of product development roadmaps for multiple product streams.
- Ensure the product organisation is well-defined and optimised for its purpose.
- Instil a product culture that emphasises customer experience, frequent delivery, and high standards.
- Mentor and inspire direct reports to develop the next generation of product leaders.
- Build effective working relationships and communication channels across the organisation.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the organisation.
- Define and measure key product metrics and KPIs to inform decision making.
- Assist and support the CPO in various matters.
Requirements
- Highly experienced in product management with a proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and coach high-performing product teams.
- Considerable experience in product leadership roles with online gaming operators.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of product management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven experience in using data and analytics to optimise user journeys and customer experiences.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to present to C-Level.
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant academic degree or qualifications.
- Prior working experience with AI/ML driven products.
- Considerable working experience with mobile apps.
- Knowledge of casino and sports betting products.
- Experience working with remote or geographically distributed teams.
