We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

You will build the value attainment foundation at Abridge, scale it through Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Partner Success, and stay personally attached to our most strategic partners as their value lead.
This is a builder's seat where you will inherit a strong set of models and tools and keep improving them with AI and automation.

Build and own the value attainment foundation and define the end-to-end motion from discovering goals to measuring progress.
Lead value for our most strategic partners, building business cases for new logos and expansions with Sales and Solutions Consulting.
Author the economics by building value stories for each care setting served, grounded in conservative assumptions.
Set the measurement standard by defining baselines, cohorts, attribution methods, and timing before go-live.
Give every new product and capability a value thesis, defining the value story, assumptions, and measurement approach prior to launch.
Build the benchmark library by turning results across partners into peer benchmarks by care setting.
Scale through the field by writing the curriculum for Solutions Consultants, solution leads, and Partner Success Directors.
Connect value to how we package and partner by working with Pricing and Partner Success.

Deep healthcare economics and revenue cycle knowledge across care settings and payment models, including inpatient and nursing workforce economics.
Measurement design skills: attribution, baselines, cohort and controlled comparisons.
Executive presence with CFOs, CMIOs, revenue cycle, and nursing leaders.
Comfort operating inside the deal cycle under time pressure.
A builder's default utilizing AI, spreadsheets, and light code.
Facilitation across finance, clinical, informatics, and IT stakeholders.
Experience scaling a motion through certification and enablement across teams you do not manage.
Clear, concise communication in writing and in slides.

You have led a value realization, benefits realization, or customer value function at a health-tech company or consultancy.
You have worked inside a health system in finance, revenue cycle, nursing operations, or value measurement.
You have built customer-facing analytical tools or benchmarks from messy operational data.
