Review global incident notifications and determine response strategies based on threat severity and business impact.
Conduct proactive research to monitor global threats and events for potential impact to stakeholders.
Use internal tools to inform internal and external communities.
Draft and coordinate the delivery of preparedness and response messaging.
Make critical business decisions considering tradeoffs and benefits.
Coordinate disaster response with cross-functional teams.
Serve as point of contact for the GCM Disaster Response team’s responsibilities.
Provide situation reports and critical updates to stakeholders.
Participate in product and process improvement efforts.
Collaborate with the operations manager to develop recommendations for improvements.

3+ years of experience in global disaster response, threat monitoring and assessment, intelligence analysis, or a related field.
Experience monitoring, assessing, and responding to global threats, disasters, and crises.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
High level of dependability to meet schedule expectations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to travel occasionally as required.
