About the role

  • Korea is one of Asana's fastest-growing markets, and we're making a significant investment to accelerate that momentum.
  • We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own our go-to-market strategy for Korea, from defining where and how we win to closing the complex, multi-stakeholder deals that get us there.
  • You'll be the face of Asana in market: building relationships with senior decision-makers in Korea's leading enterprises, drawing on your existing network and deep experience selling in Korea, shaping a channel and partner ecosystem that extends our reach, and positioning our AI work management platform, including AI Teammates, AI Studio, and Dash, as the way modern organizations coordinate human + AI work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Korea go-to-market strategy, including account segmentation, target industries, territory planning, and pipeline generation, and translate it into a clear plan with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from first conversation to close, building consensus across business, IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Build and scale relationships with channel and distribution partners in Korea, driving co-selling, joint pipeline, and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Leverage your relationships across Korea's enterprise and partner community to open doors at target accounts, accelerate early pipeline, and establish Asana as a credible, trusted brand in market.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and line-of-business leaders, translating Asana's value into business outcomes that resonate in the Korean market.
  • Position and sell Asana's AI portfolio, including AI Teammates, AI Studio, and Dash, helping customers identify high-impact use cases for human + AI collaboration.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and objections with foresight, crafting win-win solutions that ensure every stakeholder sees the value of Asana.
  • Partner seamlessly with SDRs, Field Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive long-term expansion.
  • Act as the voice of the Korean market internally, sharing customer and competitive insights with Product, Marketing, and regional leadership to inform localization and strategy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
  • Native or professional fluency in Korean and English, with a deep understanding of how enterprise buying works in the Korean market.
  • Direct experience selling into Korean enterprises, with a clear understanding of local buying culture, decision-making hierarchies, procurement processes, and relationship-driven sales cycles.
  • An established network in the Korean market, such as senior business and IT decision-makers, channel partners, resellers, and system integrators, that you can credibly leverage to build pipeline.
  • [8+] years of experience closing business, including [4+] years selling directly into the Enterprise segment, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with consistently high quota attainment, and a working mastery of a structured methodology such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sales.
  • Experience working and managing channel, reseller, or alliance partnerships, and driving partner-sourced or co-sold revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a market or territory strategy, ideally in a high-growth or "first-in-market" environment.
  • Experience leading multi-threaded sales processes with thoughtful planning and internal coordination across global and regional teams.
  • Expertise in cultivating trust and long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders, with a bias toward action.
