About the role
- The Facilities Crew supports campus pre and post events, including setup and teardown of weekend services and special events, minor repairs, and general maintenance.
- This temporary position requires working a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, for up to 12 weeks at 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop volunteer teams to help meet the high demand of ministry needs at Christ Fellowship.
- Fully support volunteer teams by resourcing them with materials, technology, training, moral encouragement, and your illuminating smile.
- Set up and tear down facilities for services, meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc. on and off campus.
- Maintain the building with minor repairs and general maintenance.
- Support and enforce all policies of Christ Fellowship, such as OSHA rules, church health and safety regulations, and guidelines, etc.
- Logistically support many aspects of large campus events.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Florida Driver's License
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Requires knowledge of cleaning products and safety
- Must be able to physically lift 40 lbs. or more
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend, stoop, carry, and reach
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
