The Finance Manager will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Finance team, reporting to the Director Finance and owning financial reporting to finance and sales leaders.
This position manages headcount and T&E expense while supporting key deliverables like annual planning, bookings forecasts, BvA analysis, and monthly or quarterly financial reporting.
From day one, this role and its work will have high visibility and impact to the senior management at Rubrik.

Own headcount management and collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to maintain accurate source of truth for actuals & forecasts
Construct & present monthly and quarterly review of various pillars in the CRO and CBO’s org to Sales and Finance Executive Leaders
Review Bookings by Product / team
Review Expense by type / team
Analyze RoI/Cost-benefits ratios and other KPIs of various supporting orgs
Provide BvA explanations to Finance Executive Leaders
Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management as needed to review and improve business and financial performance
Mentor junior analysts on the team
Construct independent processes that support your work, that analysts can be trained on

Excellent attention to detail
7+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree
Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills
Excellent analytical and written communication skills
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationship with key partners
Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy

Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, Coupa
Prior experience managing headcount and conducting BvA calls (Budget vs Actual)
Experience with sales bookings plan, expense plan, sales headcount ratios
