About the role
- RTB House is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial operations for foreign subsidiaries and drive group-wide processes.
- The role involves supervising financial operations, managing cash flow, and preparing financial analyses and forecasts in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the financial operations of selected foreign subsidiaries.
- Maintain daily contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices.
- Provide financial support and guidance to business managers.
- Oversee financial processes of subsidiaries, including providing financial data, operating reporting and processing systems.
- Manage accounts receivable and evaluate credit risk.
- Control and forecast cash flow, alongside overseeing payment management.
- Prepare financial data for consolidation in financial reporting and management.
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures and systems to support financial and accounting processes within the Capital Group.
- Prepare financial analyses, reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the central finance team, business departments, profit center managers, and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling or auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets.
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting principles.
- Proficient in English.
- Familiarity with IFRS.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Desired traits: initiative, meticulousness, attention to detail and logical thinking.

- Working knowledge of tax law.
