About the role
- The Fleet Operator is an individual contributor role responsible for the safe transportation of Axon’s domestic RoadShow vehicles, training pods, and equipment.
- This position supports the Corporate Fleet Operations and Marketing teams by managing vehicle logistics and assisting with the setup and teardown of demonstration products at customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Transport Axon’s branded truck and trailer combination among departmental agencies for RoadShow visits.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down roadshow marketing gear including canopies, televisions, tables, and chairs.
- Submit required regulatory paperwork including driving logs, fuel records, repair receipts, and tolling information.
- Coordinate and ensure all necessary vehicle repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional partners to clean, prep, and transport vehicles.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Must successfully pass a DOT physical and receive a DOT medical card
- Ability to work within a team as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and communication skills

- Experience with tour travel, set-up, and tear-down
