About the role
- Valtech is seeking a System Administrator to join their global IT team for a 4 to 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD) in Paris.
- The role involves managing and maintaining a fleet of 260 machines within a multi-application environment based on Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- The successful candidate will provide first and second-level support for Windows 11 and Mac OSX users while collaborating with the local IT manager.
Responsibilities
- Deploy user machines via the Microsoft Intune management portal
- Manage user accounts and configure workstations for local teams
- Provide internal support for project and back-office teams via a ticketing system
- Work on the global IT environment with a cloud-first approach
- Collaborate with a global team of technicians
- Troubleshoot workstations and applications with local or international teams
- Participate in local or global internal projects
Requirements
- BAC +2 level or equivalent in systems and network administration
- 2 to 5 years of experience in system administration
- Experience with Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- General knowledge of network administration and security (firewalling, VPN, etc.)
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work effectively in a team
- Professional level of English (read, written, spoken)
Preferred qualifications
- System or network certifications
- Experience with Agile practices and consulting
- Experience in PowerShell scripting
