ElevenLabs is seeking a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to develop and scale the next generation of Creative Agents.
The role involves shaping the capabilities and architecture of creative systems that generate high-quality audio, image, and video content.
You will own features end-to-end, from prototyping and greenfield development to operating and improving a live production product.

Build production agents and expand capabilities through prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models, and MCP integrations.
Design and operate reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation and long-running tasks.
Ensure strong performance, observability, scalability, and security in backend systems.
Develop shared evaluations and live quality monitoring, including model-based assessment of image and video outputs.
Own features end-to-end from identifying user needs to prototyping, shipping, and production support.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to guide product development based on user feedback.

Strong backend engineering skills and experience operating production systems.
Sound fundamentals in APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage, and asynchronous processing.
Hands-on experience developing agents, including understanding of prompts, tools, execution logic, and evaluations.
Evidence of independent, end-to-end ownership and confidence working across the stack.
Good product judgement and clear communication skills.
Enthusiasm for creative agents.
