About the role
- ElevenLabs is seeking a full-stack engineer to build the next generation of Creative Agents within the ElevenCreative platform.
- The role involves owning complete problems across the full stack, including frontend, backend, agent architecture, and infrastructure.
- Engineers will take ideas from early prototypes to reliable, user-facing features that turn concepts into high-quality audio, image, and video.
Responsibilities
- Design and build complete agent-powered features, including frontend interfaces, application state, backend services, APIs, and data storage.
- Develop agent capabilities and integrations, such as model orchestration and creative tools.
- Create reliable asynchronous workflows for audio, image, and video generation.
- Build and operate infrastructure to improve quality, performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement evaluations, monitoring, and testing for production systems.
- Own problem areas from discovery and prototyping to deployment and ongoing operation.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong engineering skills across both frontend and backend.
- Track record of independently building complete production applications.
- Confidence designing user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data models.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with testing and observability, including debugging and resolving problems across the full stack.
- Evidence of end-to-end ownership and strong product judgement.
- Ability to take ambiguous problems from technical design through to shipping and operation.
