The Global Partner Program Operations Specialist will own partner onboarding, portal infrastructure, and operational support for the partner ecosystem.
This role serves as the operational backbone for the partner experience, focusing on removing friction, maintaining data integrity, and unblocking internal and external teams.

Own end-to-end partner onboarding from contract sign-off to full enablement.
Drive data hygiene in Salesforce to ensure partner profiles, status, and agreement data are accurate.
Partner with Finance and Partner Sales to execute due diligence and compliance checks.
Manage partner agreements from submission through execution using DocuSign and Conga.
Support distribution partners in onboarding their reseller networks.
Manage user access and identity lifecycle for the Partner Portal and downstream systems.
Guide partners through portal workflows, tools, and program documentation.
Resolve high-volume inbound operational requests regarding onboarding, eligibility, and compliance.
Support Deal Registration operations and troubleshoot submission blockers.
Issue Letters of Authorization (LOAs) and assist with deal registration metrics and reporting.

3–6 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or program operations.
Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
Bias for action and ability to take accountability for operational queues.
Attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
Ability to navigate complex tools and cross-functional processes under tight deadlines.
Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong business judgment and integrity.
