Develop product and model taste by evaluating generated media for quality, controllability, and creative usefulness.
Stay close to users and the market to identify behaviors pointing toward new product opportunities.
Own products end-to-end from prototype to launch, measurement, and iteration.
Build tight learning loops by defining success metrics and eval frameworks.
Partner with Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Support on product positioning and distribution.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.

5+ years of product management experience, or 8+ years in roles building exceptional product judgment.
Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.
Deep fluency in generative media, including active use of video, image, audio, and multimodal products.
Hands-on experience prototyping or shipping products using modern AI models.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into clear priorities.
Strong technical and product communication skills to engage with technical teams.
A developed point of view on how AI has changed the product management function.
