About the role
- OKX is seeking a Growth Manager for Taiwan to drive client growth and engagement in the cryptocurrency space.
- The role involves managing top-tier clients, providing concierge-level support, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, risk, and compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level support, rapid response to issues, and proactive guidance including market intel and platform tips.
- Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients, serving as their main point of contact, advocating for them internally, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to champion client growth and a seamless experience.
- Represent the brand at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years of growth/operation experience in the Cryptocurrency space
- Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
- Effective communication and sense of urgency to aid clients and internal satisfaction
- Fluency in Mandarin
