About the role
- Capco is seeking an HR/Resource Management Intern in Bangalore to assist with resource planning, bench management, and demand fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Bench management: Deploying resources within and outside of cluster at organization level with minimum turnaround time
- Assist resource & bench management practices to optimize resource planning and utilization reducing project risks and billing loss
- Perform Demand forecast & Resource Fulfilment, Bench Management and Resource connect, Talent Planning and Buffer Management, tracking billing, deployment, and attrition trends creating meaningful reports and insight for the management teams
- Responsible for maintaining employee skill database, timesheet compliance, and Bench/New joiners’ induction, understand current gaps to arrive at organizations re-skilling and up-skilling requirements
- Creating and logging the requirement status request in RMG tool for tracking and sourcing profiles internally and coordinating with recruitment team for sourcing profiles externally
- Holding weekly calls with the Portfolio Leads on demand fulfillment
- Providing the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs along with validating the demands and Updating the criticality of demands
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS tools especially MS excel (advanced level of expertise is a must) to generate meaningful and timely reports
- Able to understand and analyze data to arrive at insights
