About the role
- The Infrastructure Partner Director will manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners to support Deepgram’s deployment flexibility and performance.
- This role focuses on driving technical integrations, joint solution architecture, and co-sell opportunities with key partners like HPE, Dell, NVIDIA, Groq, and Cloudflare.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners.
- Drive technical integrations, joint solution architecture, and co-engineering initiatives with partners.
- Identify joint go-to-market motions with infrastructure sales teams to expand co-sell opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions.
- Monitor and report on the progress of joint solution development timelines and infrastructure integrations.
- Participate in partner and customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close OEM/resale and referral deals.
- Work across the organization to build product partner materials for internal and external audiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record in partner management, business development, or technical sales roles within the technology or infrastructure industry.
- Demonstrated experience driving technical and business engagement with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains.
- Experience with hardware, such as servers and GPUs, or cloud-edge deployment models.
