The Finance Intern will support the Finance Operations team in Subang Jaya with collection operations, verification, and reporting tasks.
This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, communicating with retail outlets regarding payment statuses, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, credit decisioning, and operational automation.

Verify payment records and supporting evidence to identify payment discrepancies.
Conduct daily outbound calls to retail outlets to confirm payment statuses and invoice receipts.
Remind retail owners of upcoming or overdue balances.
Maintain daily call logs recording customer feedback and payment commitments.
Draft, format, and issue standard payment reminder notices and collection letters.
Update weekly aging reports and compile collection summary metrics.
Contribute observations to improve call templates, scripts, and communication workflows.
Document routine operational steps and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) files.
Complete an end-of-term project analyzing late-payment patterns.
Perform administrative duties related to Finance Operations.

Currently pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and list management.
Comfortable making phone calls.
Good verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proactive and persistent approach.
Strong sense of confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
