About the role
- Paytm is hiring an HR Onboarding Intern for a 3-month internship based in Noida.
- The role requires working from the office 5 days a week and involves supporting the HR team with new employee onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet and guide new employees on their first day.
- Support HR in conducting orientation sessions and presentations.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities, forms, and policy acknowledgments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and digital filing systems.
- Update trackers including new joiner status and onboarding progress.
Requirements
- MBA or Graduate qualification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with new hires and multiple departments
- Basic MS Office / Google Workspace skill
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
