About the role
- The Junior Software Engineer will join the Emerging Growth group in Tel Aviv to build a self-service platform for advertisers and partners.
- This is an AI-native team that utilizes AI coding agents for designing, building, testing, and operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Have end-to-end ownership of designing, building, shipping, measuring, and maintaining frontend and backend services.
- Work AI-first by using AI coding agents daily to plan, code, test, review, and debug.
- Build AI agents, skills, and workflows to multiply team capabilities.
- Develop systems at scale serving thousands of requests per second.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business teams.
- Work on innovative projects serving as growth engines for the company.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience in a production environment (internship, student position, or full-time).
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor in a daily workflow.
- Ability to verify and check AI-produced output.
- Fast learner capable of picking up new languages and frameworks quickly.
- Ability to juggle several workstreams and switch context effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Product-driven mindset with a passion for working close to the business.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Java or other object-oriented languages (C#, Kotlin, C++).
- Experience building AI agents, MCP servers, custom skills, or automated workflows.
- Full-stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Vertica, Cassandra).
- Exposure to large-scale distributed systems, Kafka, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, BigQuery, Airflow).
- Graduated with honors.
