About the role
- The Kondor+ Front Office Functional Consultant will support the functional analysis, configuration, upgrade and validation of the client's Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor / Kondor by Teciem platform.
- The role focuses primarily on Front Office trading, pricing, position management, and associated treasury workflows.
- The consultant acts as the bridge between Treasury/Trading users and the Kondor+ technical team to ensure proper operation following the upgrade.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional impact assessment of the Kondor+ upgrade across Front Office functionality.
- Analyse existing Kondor+ configuration, workflows, deal capture, pricing and position-management functionality.
- Review release changes and identify potential impacts on existing Kondor+ functionality and customizations.
- Configure and validate Kondor+ Front Office functionality in upgraded environments.
- Support treasury products including, depending on client scope, FX, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Repos, Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Derivatives and other OTC products.
- Validate trade capture, pricing, valuation, cashflows, P&L, sensitivities and position calculations within Kondor+.
- Review Kondor+ static/reference data relevant to Front Office processes.
- Analyse Front Office interfaces including market data, electronic trading and downstream trade feeds.
- Define functional test scenarios and expected results for Kondor+ regression testing.
- Support SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals and production cutover.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor, preferably including at least one implementation or version upgrade.
- Detailed knowledge of Kondor+ Front Office functionality.
- Strong understanding of treasury/capital-markets products and trade lifecycle.
- Experience configuring or analysing Kondor+ trade capture, pricing, positions, P&L and risk calculations.
- Experience with Kondor+ static data and product configuration.
- Ability to investigate Kondor+ functional behaviour and distinguish configuration, data and technical defects.
- Experience producing functional specifications and test scenarios specifically for Kondor+.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous Kondor+ upgrade / migration experience.
- Experience comparing functionality across different Kondor+ releases.
- Knowledge of Kondor Vision or newer Kondor user-interface capabilities.
- Experience with Kondor APIs/interfaces.
- Experience with automated Kondor regression testing.
